Cancellation Policy
(Because Sometimes the Chaos You Ordered Was Too Real)
We’re not a big corporation. We’re a tiny creative studio powered by coffee, emotional instability, and questionable Wi-Fi. That said, here’s our cancellation policy—clear, direct, and occasionally passive-aggressive.
🎮 DIGITAL PRODUCTS
- All digital downloads (eBooks, journals, PDFs, etc.) are final sale.
Once you’ve clicked “Download,” it’s yours. There is no uninstalling trauma—or art.
🛒 MERCH (Print-on-Demand via our Partners)
- We use trusted print partners for physical products like shirts and mugs.
- If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind before it goes to print, contact us ASAP—we’ll try to intercept the chaos.
- After production begins, it’s out of our hands (and into the mail system). We don’t offer refunds once something is printed and shipped.
🔁 PATREON / SUBSCRIPTIONS
- You can cancel at any time through your platform (Patreon, Twitch, etc.).
- We don’t issue retroactive refunds for billing cycles that already started.
- Your support is appreciated. Your departure is understood. No hard feelings. (Mostly.)
👻 CANCELLING FEELINGS
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Existential dread
- The part of you that resonated with our content a little too much

Digital = non-refundable.
Merch = maybe, if you’re fast.
Subs = cancel anytime.
Your emotional connection to this brand = permanent.

While Dragon Dre Entertainment™ occasionally collaborates with unstable entities posing as fictional governments, we must be extremely clear:
This Cancellation Policy is NOT governed by FAFE EMPIRE™, its subsidiaries, or any galactic enforcement bodies thereof.
- We do not recognize Cloneship Refund Law
- We do not accept emotional bartering tokens
- We do not answer to Dr. Sorry Not Sorry, despite their repeated emails
If you are attempting to cancel:
- A moon launch
- A narrative infection
- A metaphorical contract signed under psychic duress
…you are in the wrong jurisdiction. Please contact the Facts & Fabrication Bureau™ at your own risk. We hear they have a portal.
